Laura X helps people create garden and outdoor-space design concepts from photos and prompts. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how to contact us about privacy.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as sign-in identifiers and account settings, when you create or use an account.
Photos, prompts, generated designs, and related project information that you choose to upload, save, or generate in the app.
Purchase and entitlement information, such as subscription status and credit balance. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive full payment card details.
App diagnostics, device, and usage information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Laura X.

How We Use Information

To provide garden design generation and related app features.
To sync your saved designs and account settings.
To verify purchases, credits, subscriptions, and entitlements.
To maintain app security, reliability, support, and analytics.
To comply with legal obligations and App Store requirements.

Photos And Camera Access

Laura X uses camera or photo library access only when you choose to capture or select a photo for an app feature. Uploaded photos may be processed by our service providers so Laura X can generate or improve a design result.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us run the app, including cloud hosting, generation, storage, analytics, support, and purchase verification providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention And Controls

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can delete local app content, adjust analytics controls where available, and contact us to request help with account or data questions.

Children

Laura X is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review the issue.

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or update the effective date above.
