Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Laura X, including accounts, garden design generation, saved designs, subscriptions, credit purchases, and community features. You must agree to these terms before registering or signing in.

Apple Standard EULA

Laura X uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for the iOS app unless a separate agreement is provided in App Store Connect.

Subscriptions

Laura X may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as Laura Pro Weekly, Laura Pro Monthly, and Laura Pro Yearly. The subscription title, length, and current price are shown in the app purchase flow before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Credits And Generated Designs

Credits may be used for eligible Laura X generation features. Failed generations may be refunded or released according to app logic and server verification. AI-generated outputs are design concepts and may need professional review before real-world construction, planting, electrical, irrigation, safety, or permitting decisions.

User-Generated Content And Zero-Tolerance Policy

Laura X has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not create, upload, publish, or share content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You must not abuse, intimidate, threaten, or harass another user.

Reporting And Blocking

Users can report objectionable posts or comments and block abusive users inside the app. Reports are sent to the Laura X moderation team for review. Blocking a user immediately removes that user's posts and comments from the blocking user's community feed and also sends a moderation report to Laura X.

Moderation And Enforcement

Laura X may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate users who violate these terms. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, impersonate others, send spam, commit fraud, or use Laura X in a way that infringes another person's privacy, safety, or intellectual-property rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information used by the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Laura X after an update means you accept the updated terms.
